About these terms

These terms cover the Vitsy app and this website. Vitsy is provided by Neutrade Ltd (“we”). By using Vitsy you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how your information is handled.

Who can use Vitsy

You need to be 18 or over.

What Vitsy is, and what it isn't

Vitsy is a tool for recording what you take and reminding you when it's due. It is not a medical device and it doesn't give medical advice. It doesn't suggest doses or check how medicines and supplements mix.

Always follow the advice of your pharmacist, GP or other health professional, and don't start, stop or change a medicine because of anything you see in Vitsy. Reminders depend on your phone's settings, such as notifications, Focus and battery saving, so we can't promise every reminder will arrive. Please don't rely on Vitsy alone for a medicine where timing really matters.

Your records

What you enter is kept on your phone, not by us, so we can't recover it if it's lost. Vitsy's records aren't included in your phone's backups. Use Export your data in Settings to keep your own copy.

Plus

Your first 3 items are free, for as long as we run Vitsy. Nothing you enter is ever deleted because of payment status.

Plus is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Their terms cover payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Plus renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. The yearly plan starts with 14 days free; if you cancel at least a day before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

Using Vitsy fairly

Please don't misuse Vitsy, try to break or interfere with it, or use it to break the law.

Changes

We may update Vitsy and these terms from time to time. When the terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we ever stop offering Vitsy, we'll aim to tell you in advance.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. Otherwise, we're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't reasonably foreseeable when you started using Vitsy, or for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
