Everything you take, in one place.

Vitsy keeps track of your supplements and medicines: what's due today, what you've logged, and how your weeks are going. No account needed. Your data stays on your phone.

Today in the morning: the Day Arc with the sun low on the left, 0 of 3 logged, and the Morning stack of Creatine and Vitamin D3 ready to take.

Today and the Day Arc

Today opens with the Day Arc: your day drawn as a shallow curve, with a marker for each stack and the sun moving along it to the current minute. In the middle it shows how many you've logged so far.

The sky behind the arc changes as the day goes on. After dark the moon takes over and the card turns to night, so the evening stack is easy to find.

Today later in the day: the sun near the end of the Day Arc, 2 of 3 logged, with the Morning stack done and the Evening stack still to take. Today after dark: the Day Arc on its dark night card with the moon at the end, and the Evening stack due since 19:00.

Stacks and Take all

Group the things you take at the same time into stacks, such as Morning or With dinner. When you've taken the lot, one tap on Take all logs the whole stack.

If you only took some, Log some lets you choose which. Tapped by mistake? Undo puts it back.

Reminders that suit what you take

Each item has its own reminder strength: Gentle for supplements, Firm for prescriptions and injections, or Persistent if you want more nudging. On iPhone, turn on Time Sensitive and reminders can come through a Focus.

Item names stay off your lock screen by default. Notifications show the stack name, like "Morning", and you can hide those too.

An item's Reminders sheet: How firmly set to Gentle, with switches for Keep it discreet and Remind me to reorder.

History, streaks and milestones

History shows the last 12 weeks as a heat map, one square for each day, shaded by how much of that day you logged. A day with nothing logged just says Not logged.

Your streak counts the days you stayed on plan. Reach a milestone, such as 30 days on plan, and you earn a badge to keep. If streaks aren't for you, turn them off.

History: 15 days on plan and a best of 17 days, a link to Milestones, and a 12-week heat map of days in shades of teal. The Milestones page: badges for 3, 7 and 30 days on plan, 100 days, a year and 2 years, then Weeks on plan.

The Diary Plus

Check in from Today or the Diary with how you're feeling: mood and energy out of 5, a few tags, and a note if you want one. Over time, Patterns looks for links between your check-ins and the rest of your day, such as sleep and training, and says so plainly. A pattern isn't proof that one thing causes the other.

Patterns are worked out on your phone and never stored or sent anywhere. New check-ins, Patterns and the check-in reminder come with Plus. Your past check-ins stay readable, and the support numbers in the Diary are free for everyone.

The check-in card on Today: energy and mood each picked out of 5, Slept well and Focused tags, and a short note, with Save check-in. Diary Patterns: cards saying evening energy is usually higher after a training day, you usually slept longer after evening training, and morning mood is usually higher after at least 7 hours asleep. Each notes it is not proof that one causes the other.

Sleep, from Apple Health

On iPhone, the Diary can show your sleep beside each day. Vitsy reads it from Apple Health with your permission, and only reads: it never writes anything to Health.

Your sleep is shown while you look at it and that's all. Vitsy doesn't store it, export it or back it up. Sleep in the Diary is free.

The Diary: yesterday's sleep from Apple Health, with bedtime, wake time and sleep stages, above that day's check-ins.

Training Plus

Set a weekly target, say three sessions, and Today shows your week as a row of dots. Workouts come in from Apple Health on iPhone, or you can log a session yourself.

Your training streak counts weeks on target, not days, so a rest day never breaks it.

Today's Training card: a weekly target of three sessions, with two dots filled for this week and the I've just trained button.

Private by default

There's no account to make and nothing to sign up for. What you enter is kept on your phone, in an encrypted database.

You choose what shows outside the app, and you can export everything or delete everything from Settings whenever you like. Read the privacy policy.

Settings, Names outside the app: Show names, Stack names only or Hide all names, for the lock screen and notifications.

Your first 3 items are free, for as long as we run Vitsy. Plus removes the item limit and adds Training and the Diary's check-ins and Patterns.
